About this role

This technically fluent partnerships role will identify where Mercury should be embedded across AI and developer workflows, then own the relationship from first outreach through negotiation, integration scoping, launch, and activation. Target partners include coding assistants, agent frameworks, MCP-native tooling, developer communities, and other AI-native platforms.

The manager will create Mercury's go-to-market playbook for the developer ecosystem, build joint marketing and co-sell motions, represent the company in technical communities, bring ecosystem insights into product strategy, and turn early technical credibility into durable commercial partnerships.
